My bicycle break is touching my bicycle wheel (front break and wheel) when I don't apply breaking.. Thus, the wheel cannot rotate freely. I am thinking to loose the wire. Is this the correct way to fix the problem? I never modified the wire. Why the two rubber breaks touch the wheel? Thanks.
